Spicy Garlic Edamame

Recipe:


* 2 cups frozen edamame (in pods)
* 1-2 tbsp Lucky Panda Habanero Garlic Chili Oil ( For mild spice use our Original)
* 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions:

1. Boil the Edamame: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add frozen edamame and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small pan, over medium heat add oil, minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until golden brown. Then add Habanero Garlic Chili Oil and sauté for about another 30 seconds.

3. Toss the Edamame: Add the boiled edamame to the pan and stir to coat evenly with the garlic chili oil. Drizzle with soy sauce, vinegar and stir for another minute or two.
