We currently offer shipping within California and USA 48 Lower states only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international locations at this time.

Please allow 5-7 Business day to process and delivery for your order.

Note that shipping times are estimates and are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances, high volume of orders, including but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, logistical delays, or any events beyond our control. We always strive to keep you informed about any delays and work diligently to minimize them.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking and Delivery

For your convenience, we provide order tracking information whenever available. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details. You can use this information to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.

The delivery times vary depending on the shipping address. Please note that some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or other reasons beyond our control, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you to verify the shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee modifications or changes to orders after they have been placed. In the rare event that a package is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please contact our customer support team at contact@luckypandabrand.com  We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
