Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@luckypandabrand.com. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping and a return postage label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Other Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and assist you further.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to contact@luckypandabrand.com as soon as you receive your item. After the return is accepted, you will need to make a separate purchase for the exchanged item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll contact you regarding the approval status of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for the refund to appear in your account due to varying policies of banks and credit card companies.
