Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Luckypandabrand.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Damaged or Defective Items:                                                                          Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:                                                                    Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Sale items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:                                                                                                          For  a quick exchange, you can return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:                                                                                                            Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
